In my experience, of dealing with 6 freight forwarders since I started my import businesses, you by far go further than anyone with providing excellent service. It sounds simple, and many freight forwarders will have you believe that you will get the greatest service from them, but Tri-State really comes through repeatedly, efficiently, with every shipment.
Great communication, real-time updates regardless of time of day - this I appreciate above all. This is a time-sensitive business - and the fact that I can get an update from you in the middle of the night, as often as needed, is a huge plus.
It goes without saying - your prices on Air shipments from China cannot be beat.
And giving me information on when I can save more - if I wait a few days - or if I send more via air to reach the next weight threshold, this is information my previous freight forwarders never provided.
